Terms of service

Sagrada Watcher (“we”, “us”) runs sagradawatcher.com, an independent service that watches the official Sagrada Familia ticket shop and tells people when sold-out tickets come back. By using the site, the alert service or our ChatGPT plugin you agree to these terms.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia or its official ticketing provider.

You tell us how many tickets you need and which dates would work. We watch the official ticket shop around the clock and send you a WhatsApp message when tickets open for those dates, with a link to the official site.

• You buy the ticket yourself, on sagradafamilia.org, at the official price. We never sell, hold, reserve or resell tickets, and we never buy on your behalf.
• We watch until you’re done: until you tap “I’ve booked, stop alerts” on an alert, or until the last date you picked has passed. You can stop the alerts at any time that way.
• Dates already on normal sale, roughly three weeks or more ahead, have plenty of tickets. We refuse to take payment when every date you pick is one of those, and send you to the official site instead.

Returned tickets appear in small numbers and usually sell out again within minutes. We can’t guarantee that tickets will come back for your dates, that you’ll get one in time, or that every opening is caught: the official shop, WhatsApp and our own systems can all fail or be delayed.

The official site decides prices, availability and its own conditions of sale, and those terms apply to your ticket, not ours.

The alert service costs a one-off fee of €10, charged when you sign up. It covers the whole watch, however many alerts it takes. There is no subscription and nothing is charged again.

If the service doesn’t help you get a ticket, you get the full fee back. Email [email protected] from any address, with the WhatsApp number you registered. No ticket receipt is needed and no reason is required. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank decides how long it takes to show.

The site, our live availability pages and our ChatGPT plugin publish what we have observed on the official ticket shop: which dates are sold out, when tickets came back, and how many. The plugin is free and only reads that data. It doesn’t collect personal data, and it can’t sell or book anything.

This data describes the past. It is provided as is, may be incomplete or delayed, and is not a promise that tickets are available now. Answers an AI assistant writes from it are the assistant’s own, not ours.

Please don’t:

• sign up with someone else’s phone number or without their consent;
• use our alerts to buy tickets in bulk or for resale;
• scrape, overload or try to break the site, its API or the plugin beyond normal use.

We may stop the service for anyone who does, and refund what they paid.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with the service is limited to the fee you paid us. We aren’t responsible for the official site, for ticket prices or availability, or for travel plans made around a ticket you didn’t get. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by contract.
