Email [email protected]. It reaches the person who built Sagrada Watcher, and we usually reply within a day. If you signed up, include the WhatsApp number you registered so we can find your watch.

• Booked your ticket? Tap “I’ve booked, stop alerts” on any alert and the messages stop.
• Want your €10 back? If the service didn’t help you get a ticket, email [email protected] with the number you registered. No receipt and no reason needed.
• Want your data erased? See Data deletion.

Not receiving alerts? Check the number you registered can receive WhatsApp messages, then email us. Openings are small and fast, so a quiet day can simply mean nothing came back for your dates yet.

The Sagrada Watcher plugin lets ChatGPT answer questions with our live data: whether your dates are sold out, which entry times got tickets back, and what time returned tickets usually appear. It is free, needs no account and only reads public data.

To use it, add Sagrada Watcher from the plugin directory in ChatGPT and pick it when you start a chat. If an answer looks wrong, email us with the question you asked and roughly when.
