Last-minute Sagrada Familia tickets.

Last updated · 1 October 2026

For the next few weeks the official shop shows the Sagrada Familia as sold out. Last-minute tickets do come back, a handful at a time. Between 30 August and 1 October 2026, 57% of the 425 openings Sagrada Watcher logged were for visits within three days. Here is when they appear and how to get one.

01Right now: today and tomorrow

  • Today, Thu 1 Oct: 7 tickets have come back so far, across 4 time slots.
  • Tomorrow, Fri 2 Oct: 14 tickets have come back so far, across 6 time slots.

Counted from our own checks of the official shop, as of this page loading. Every opening, by time slot: the live tracker.

02Going today? Check between 07:00 and 08:00

Same-day tickets come back in the early morning. Of the 190 same-day openings Sagrada Watcher logged between 30 August and 1 October 2026, 61% first appeared between 07:00 and 08:00 Barcelona time, on 16 different days.

If you're already in Barcelona and flexible, open the official shop then and refresh a few times. It costs nothing. The full hour-by-hour picture: what time tickets come back.

03Tomorrow or this week: fast, and at any hour

Between 30 August and 1 October 2026, Sagrada Watcher logged 27 openings for next-day visits, with 106 tickets between them. Half were gone within 24 minutes. Unlike same-day tickets, they don't keep to a time of day.

How far ahead of the visit each opening appeared, as a share of all 425 openings for sold-out dates:

Same day45%
1 day6%
2–3 days6%
4–7 days11%
8–14 days12%
15+ days19%

Refreshing by hand means being on the page at the right minute. That is what our alert is for: tell us your dates and group size, and we WhatsApp you the moment a matching slot opens. You then buy it on the official site at face value.

04Groups: split into pairs if you can

Openings are small. Of the 425 logged between 30 August and 1 October 2026, 68% had just one or two tickets, the median was 2, and only 16% had five or more.

A couple has much better odds than a family of five. If your group doesn't mind entering a little apart, take pairs in neighbouring time slots as they appear, instead of waiting for one slot with room for everyone.

05Can you buy tickets at the door?

Not from separate stock. Tickets are sold online: on the official site, in the official app, or through QR codes around the basilica that open the same shop. If a time slot is sold out online, it is sold out at the door too. Queueing on the day won't get you in.

06If you can't wait: tours

Guided tours and skip-the-line bundles from resellers often still have space when the official shop doesn't. It's the same €26 entry with a guide added, usually for €60–120 per person. It works if you'd rather pay than wait; stick to a platform you recognise.
